Solution
ECI conducted a study of the existing retail sales staff using the ECI Behavioral Insight® assessment and identified a High Performance Footprint. The High Performance Footprint is used within the hiring process to assess candidates’ ability to deliver higher sales after hire.
Results
Revenue for individuals who match the High Performance Footprint is $521,160. For those who fall in the middle group of performance, the revenue is $308,444. For the bottom group of performers, the revenue is only $115,495.
By hiring individuals who match the High Performance Footprint, this company is able to increase sales productivity by $405,655 per year per associate.
