A High Performance Footprint is developed through an objective study of a position, or family of positions, using either the ECI Behavioral Insight® or the ECI QuickSight™. The result is a valid model or "success range" across all personality traits unique to the organization's position and business environment.
Using A High Performance Footprint
Once a High Performance Footprint has been developed, it is ready to use for hiring and/or developmental purposes. An individual's assessment results are benchmarked against the High Performance Footprint to determine key areas of strength, opportunities for development and, when used for selection, areas where further investigation is required.
